I dropped my Lexus CT200h off with a very serious ball joint/axel issue. The turnaround time was very fast and the price was more than fair. Mechanic Fritz helped me. Highly recommend!!!!!

I really admire and respect Tom (the owner) and his hardworking mechanics of a first time customer. They handled everything very beautifully. The professionalism and integrity of ownership and service was such a pleasure to finally find. I was very pleased. Tom is very informative, he took the time to explain everything to me and also was very attentive toward my service. I am so grateful for Car Care Connection!!! I had a nail in my tire and called my husband,we were then referred there by our friend Bob and I was so pleasantly surprised by the concern they showed!!! I pulled in without an appointment and they got me right in and fixed the tire immediately!!! Such peace of mind!!! I can't thank them enough!!!

Since moving here in 2019, I have used Car Care Connection for both of my cars. I have always been taken care of & have felt that I could trust these guys to take care of me like I used to in the old days. I won’t use my dealership unless it’s for warranty stuff. I trust Tom & his crew completely & have recommended to friends and family. Thanks for being reliable & trustworthy!!

Tom is an excellent mechanic, and provides a fantastic service to our community. I take all of my cars to him, because I know I’m going to get an honest assessment of my vehicle's needs and great service. All the guys who work there are extremely knowledgeable, and the vibe is always welcoming and fun. Dealing with Tom at car Care connection is the best experience you will ever have to get your car repaired and or serviced! He has skilled and talented mechanics and we'll get your car serviced in a timely fashion. He is very honest kind and will give you the best pricing far superior to any other place in Sarasota! I have known him for many many years and he consistently always gives me the best pricing and the best service! You won't find a better place to get your car taken care of so just do yourself a favor and go visit Tom at car Care connection. I've lived in this area for 45 years so I think I should know.

I needed the positive battery cable cut back because it was giving me some issues due to corrosion. I went to another shop off of Sawyer and Beeridge and they quoted me $120. That sounded high so I called this place and they were able to do it on the spot for me for $25!!! They even replaced the terminal. I have taken 2 other cars there before and I don't know why I just didn't go there first. They're also super kind and friendly. Tom and Roger made my day.
